Role Description The Property Consultant role at RED | Real Estate Domain is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, primarily focused on New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed. The role involves advising clients on suitable residential and commercial properties, conducting property tours, and presenting market insights supported by data and company tools. The Property Consultant will manage client inquiries, build and maintain relationships, negotiate offers, and follow up through the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Daily tasks include updating property listings, coordinating with developers, preparing proposals and reports, and ensuring all client interactions reflect RED’s customer-focused, technology-enabled approach. The role also requires staying current on market trends, new projects, and developer offerings to provide accurate, timely guidance.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate knowledge and experience, particularly in Cairo’s key areas such as New Cairo and Sheikh Zayed.
• Candidates should possess excellent Sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Consulting capabilities to analyze client needs, recommend suitable properties, and offer data-backed advice.
• Candidates should possess exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Relevant experience in property brokerage or real estate development is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software to manage leads and documentation is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site, manage field visits, and coordinate with internal teams and external developers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
