Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for guiding clients through property selection, evaluation, and transactions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective clients, understanding their needs and budget, presenting suitable residential and commercial options, and conducting property viewings in RED’s covered areas. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, developers, and projects, preparing proposals, and following up with clients throughout the decision-making process. Property Consultants coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure accurate information, smooth documentation, and timely closing of deals. The position requires consistent lead generation, sales pipeline management, and maintaining high standards of customer service and professional representation of RED.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting skills, including needs analysis, solution recommendation, and advisory capabilities in the real estate domain.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation skills, and the ability to explain complex information simply.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, demonstrated through client relationship management, responsiveness, and a client-focused attitude.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including negotiation, closing techniques, pipeline management, and achievement of sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Real Estate knowledge, including familiarity with local markets, property types, and major developers and projects in Cairo and surrounding areas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in basic computer and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, and a valid ability to travel for property viewings and client meetings as needed.
