About The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Retail Customer Experience team. In this role, you will support customers through various communication channels, delivering exceptional service while representing a leading retail brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions through inbound calls, chat, and email.
• Resolve product, order, delivery, and service-related inquiries.
• Handle customer concerns and provide effective solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process returns, exchanges, and account-related requests.
• Deliver a seamless customer experience by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
• Achieve quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support business objectives.
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months or more of customer service, retail, or contact center experience is preferred.
• English proficiency level B2 or above (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
