We’re Hiring | Telesales Representative

We are looking for Telesales Representatives to join our growing Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Identify customer needs and present suitable products/services.

Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads.

Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.

Handle customer objections and close deals effectively.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records on CRM.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

✅ Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Telesales / Telemarketing / Inside Sales.

B2B sales experience is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.

Strong follow-up and objection-handling skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Good command of English is preferred.

⭐ Preferred

Experience in GCC markets (Qatar / Saudi Arabia).

Experience with CRM systems.

Previous experience selling B2B products or services.
