Role Description The Property Consultant role at RED is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo for graduates. The role involves guiding clients through the property selection and purchase process, providing informed advice on residential and commercial listings, and presenting data-driven insights to support client decisions. Daily tasks include meeting with prospective buyers and sellers, conducting property tours, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The Property Consultant will collaborate with internal teams, stay updated on market trends and developer offerings, and ensure a high-quality customer experience aligned with RED’s standards. The role also requires active participation in sales activities, networking events, and continuous learning about new projects and areas.
Qualifications

• Strong consulting and advisory skills to understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate options.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Customer service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
• Sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing techniques within a structured process.
• Foundational knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in Cairo and surrounding areas.
• Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site, handle multiple client interactions daily, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, professional appearance, and willingness to learn and grow
