Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves advising clients on suitable residential and commercial properties, conducting property tours, and presenting data-backed insights to support client decisions. Daily tasks include managing client inquiries, maintaining relationships with buyers and sellers, coordinating with developers, and staying updated on market trends in RED’s focus areas. The Property Consultant will prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth customer journey from initial contact through closing. The role also requires accurate documentation of client interactions and using RED’s technology tools and platforms to track leads and performance.

• Strong Consulting and Real Estate knowledge to advise clients on market options and investment opportunities.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and provide a high-quality client experience.
• Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility to meet clients and conduct property visits.
• Familiarity with local real estate markets such as New Cairo, New Capital, Sheikh Zayed, October, North Coast, Ain Sokhna, and Red Sea is an advantage.
• Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and data-driven reports to support client recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant real estate certifications are a plus.
