What you'll do
• Build and run sales plans that hit (and beat) targets
• Open doors with C-suite, GMs, and HR/OD Directors
• Run consultative meetings, then craft winning proposals and presentations
• Negotiate and close long-term B2B partnerships
• Track market trends and competitors to spot new opportunities
What you bring
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years in B2B sales or business development
• Proven record selling intangible services (training, HR solutions, consulting, SaaS)
• A history of meeting or exceeding targets
• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken
• CRM and presentation tool skills
