Role Description The Senior Consultant role at RED | Real Estate Domain is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Consultant will advise clients on residential and commercial real estate opportunities, using data-driven insights and market analysis to support property selection, investment decisions, and transaction strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, conducting property and market research, preparing presentations and proposals, and coordinating with partner developers to source suitable projects. The role involves guiding clients through the end-to-end journey, from needs assessment and shortlisting options to negotiation support and deal closure, while ensuring a high standard of service and compliance with internal processes. The Senior Consultant will also collaborate with internal teams to refine service offerings, contribute to technology-enabled solutions, and support business development initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in real estate consulting, including market analysis, property valuation, and investment advisory.
• Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills to support high-value transactions.
• Ability to work with data and technology tools for research, reporting, and decision support (e.g., CRM systems, real estate databases, and basic analytics tools).
• Solid business acumen, with knowledge of residential and commercial developments in Cairo and key surrounding markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple clients, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in a senior advisory, sales, or consulting role within real estate or a related industry is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate
