Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will support clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, including conducting property viewings, advising on market conditions, and preparing required documentation. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new leads, maintaining a client pipeline, listing properties, coordinating marketing activities, and following up to ensure a smooth transaction process. The role also involves negotiating offers, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends. The Real Estate Agent is expected to deliver professional, client-focused service while meeting individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Estate practices and regulations.
• Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and proven experience in closing property transactions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess a sound understanding of Real Property concepts and local market dynamics.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field are beneficial.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English and Arabic preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple listings, and use real estate CRM and digital marketing tools effectively.
• Prior experience as a real estate agent or in a sales-focused environment within Egypt is an advantage.
