Role Description The Senior Legal Advisor role at Saadat & Co. is a full-time, hybrid position based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The Senior Legal Advisor will provide strategic legal advice on a wide range of matters, including corporate, commercial, and labor issues, to support decision-making across the firm’s client portfolio. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and drafting legal documents and contracts, assessing legal risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves advising clients and internal stakeholders on legal strategies, managing complex cases, and staying current with legislative and regulatory changes that impact clients. The Senior Legal Advisor will also mentor junior legal staff, contribute to internal knowledge sharing, and maintain detailed and organized legal records.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law, with proven experience handling diverse Legal Issues and providing clear Legal Advice.
• Demonstrated ability in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and formal agreements.
• Specialized knowledge in Labor and Employment Law, including compliance, policies, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret complex legislation and regulations.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate advisory environment.
• Law degree from an accredited institution; bar admission in Egypt or equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
