Role Description The Property Consultant role at RED | Real Estate Domain is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. The role involves advising clients on suitable residential and commercial properties, supported by market data and company tools. Daily tasks include meeting clients, understanding their needs, presenting property options, conducting site visits, and following up to support decision-making. The Property Consultant will coordinate with developers and internal teams, prepare offers, and support negotiations to close sales. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in company systems, staying updated on market trends, and representing RED’s customer-focused, data-driven approach.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to advise clients using market data and product knowledge.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and deliver a high-quality experience.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to manage pipelines, present offerings effectively, and achieve agreed-upon targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems; comfort with data and technology-enabled solutions.
• Prior experience in real estate or property consulting is preferred, especially within the Egyptian market.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, conduct property visits, and maintain a professional presence with clients and partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
