About the Role

American Egyptian Academy (AEA) is looking for motivated and results-driven Telesales Agents to join our Sales Team. The role focuses on promoting and selling English language courses, converting prospective students into customers, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospective customers and follow up on leads to promote English courses and educational packages.

Achieve assigned sales targets and maximize conversion rates.

Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable courses and packages.

Handle objections professionally and effectively close sales.

Maintain consistent follow-up with interested prospects.

Update customer information, call records, and sales activities in the CRM system.

⭐ Ensure a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

✅ Job Requirements

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or direct sales is preferred.

️ Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Strong target orientation and sales motivation.

Ability to handle objections and work in a target-driven environment.

Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Fluency in Arabic; good English communication skills are an advantage.
