Job Responsibilities

• • Secure and manage the best retail locations for Maa Althahab stores in targeted malls and commercial areas.

  • Negotiate directly with mall managers and property owners to get the best lease terms and prices.

  • Conduct market analysis to identify prime retail opportunities and support strategic expansion.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and property owners.

  • Follow up on all leasing deals from start to closure including relocating stores to more strategic locations if needed.

  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to support offline campaigns and drive store performance.

  • Represent the company at selected trade events and exhibitions to support expansion initiatives.

  Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Real Estate or related field.

  • 24 years of experience in retail expansion leasing or business development.

  • Proven track record in site selection and lease negotiation.

  • Knowledge of commercial leasing contracts and real estate basics.

  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic & English.

  Preferred:

  • 24 years of similar experience in a retail or F&B brand.

  • Strong network with mall operators brokers and property owners.

  • Familiarity with GIS and retail site analysis tools.
