Compare 360, a company of Chedid Capital Group, is looking for a Telemarketing Agent who will be responsible for conducting calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, maintain detailed records of calls, and carry out follow-up actions to close sales. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct calls to potential customers to promote buyanyinsurance’s products and services.
• Identify customers’ insurance needs and needs and recommend optimal insurance solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM (customer relationship management) system.
• Collaborate with the buyanyinsurance sales team and other departments to achieve organizational objectives.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and timely response to concerns or queries.
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and other sales techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent is preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience required.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
