You’ll support German-speaking customers by phone, email and chat. The role is on-site at City Stars in Nasr City, Cairo.

German Proficiency : B2 - C1

Working hours

* Five working days per week, with Sunday and one additional rotational day off.

* Shifts are nine hours, including a one-hour break.

* Customer service operates Monday to Saturday. Exact Cairo shift times will be confirmed during the recruitment process. Scheduling depends on client requirements and call volumes.
