Job Title: Senior Media Buyer

About the Role

Elite Marketing is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Media Buyer to join our growing team in Alexandria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, paid media strategy, campaign optimization, and performance analysis across multiple advertising platforms.

We are seeking a proactive professional who can develop and execute effective media buying strategies, manage advertising budgets, deliver measurable results, and help our clients achieve their marketing and business objectives.

Please note: This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in Alexandria, Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other relevant platforms.

- Develop comprehensive media plans, budget allocations, audience strategies, and campaign objectives based on client goals.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and overall conversion rates.

- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.

- Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, events, and attribution tools in collaboration with the technical team when needed.

- Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and advertising platform analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.

- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for creatives, ad copy, audiences, placements, bidding strategies, and landing pages.

- Collaborate with creative, content, and account management teams to develop high-performing advertising materials.

- Prepare accurate, data-driven performance reports and present key insights, results, and recommendations to clients and management.

- Stay up to date with advertising platform updates, industry trends, new campaign features, and performance marketing best practices.

Requirements & Qualifications

- +3 years of hands-on experience in media buying and performance marketing, preferably within a marketing or digital advertising agency.

- Proven experience managing advertising campaigns with measurable business results.

- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.

- Solid understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.

- Good command of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking, and attribution fundamentals.

- Experience with media planning, budget forecasting, pacing, and performance reporting.

- Ability to manage multiple advertising accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.

- Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing campaigns across multiple industries, including e-commerce, retail, and lead generation.

- Experience with Google Performance Max, Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping campaigns.

- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), enhanced conversions, and server-side tracking fundamentals.

- Familiarity with landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and marketing funnel analysis.
