We’re Hiring | Branch Manager – Fashafeesh

Fashafeesh is looking for a Branch Manager to join our team in Madinaty, Cairo.

We are seeking a true operator—someone who can lead the branch on a daily basis, build and develop a strong team, maintain high-quality standards, and turn sales and operational targets into measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Manage the branch’s daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.

• Lead the team, assign tasks and shifts, and monitor performance and discipline.

• Train employees and enhance customer service and product quality standards.

• Monitor daily sales and work toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Track Average Order Value, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

• Manage and monitor inventory, wastage, and cost efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene standards, and food safety regulations.

• Oversee cashier operations, cash handling, and daily closing procedures.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Monitor the branch’s raw material and supply requirements while coordinating with management and procurement.

• Prepare daily and weekly reports covering sales, operations, inventory, and team performance.

• Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve productivity and profitability.

• Act as the link between company management and the branch team.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Café Manager in the F&B industry.

• Strong experience in team management and daily operations.

• Solid understanding of sales, cost control, inventory management, and waste management.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and growing environment.

• Practical, organized, accountable, and detail-oriented personality.

• Proficiency in Excel, POS systems, and operational reporting.

• Good command of English is a plus.

• Experience in desserts, cafés, or QSR is a strong advantage.
