Company Description Protect Me Egypt is a specialized automotive film installation and styling company serving customers in New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, and Al Rehab. The company offers paint protection film (PPF), fashion films for exterior customization, windshield protection, window films and tinting, and light protection films. These services focus on preserving vehicle surfaces, enhancing exterior appearance, and improving in-cabin comfort. Protect Me Egypt operates Saturday to Thursday from 10:00–21:00 (Egypt time) and provides convenient appointment booking and business support through its website, email, and hotline.

Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for overseeing all HR functions to support a growing automotive services business. This role manages end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, including role definition, candidate screening, interviewing, and ensuring a smooth integration for new team members. The HR Manager administers compensation and benefits, maintains HR records, and ensures compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee relations, supporting performance management, coordinating training and development initiatives, and promoting a positive, safety-conscious workplace culture. The role also involves collaborating with management to align HR strategies with business goals and to support staffing needs across multiple branches.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong skills in HR administration, such as maintaining personnel records, managing attendance and leave, and supporting payroll and benefits processes.
• Proficiency in applying local labor laws and HR policies, with the ability to ensure regulatory compliance and fair workplace practices.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and engage team members at all levels.
• Experience designing or coordinating training, coaching, and development programs to enhance staff skills and service quality.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple priorities across locations.
• Comfort with using HR software and productivity tools (e.g., HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and document management platforms).
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR generalist role, ideally in service, retail, or automotive-related environments.
