Role Description The Senior Supervisor Application Developer (AI & .NET) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for leading a development team in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise applications. This role oversees end-to-end software development activities, including requirements analysis, solution design, coding, code reviews, testing, and deployment, with a focus on AI-powered features and .NET-based systems. The Senior Supervisor collaborates with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, manages project timelines and priorities, and ensures adherence to best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks. Daily responsibilities include mentoring and coaching developers, coordinating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting complex issues in distributed systems, and continuously improving development processes and application architecture. The role also involves contributing to technical strategy, evaluating new tools and frameworks, and supporting the scalability and reliability of mission-critical applications.
Qualifications

• Strong software development experience, including hands-on work with .NET technologies and AI/ML integration, and proficiency in modern development practices.
• Proven team leadership and supervision skills, with experience coaching developers, conducting code reviews, and managing performance and collaboration.
• Solid software design and architecture capabilities, including designing scalable, maintainable solutions and working with distributed systems.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, prioritizing tasks, managing risks, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control, automated testing) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Background in BPO or large-scale service environments and familiarity with security, compliance, and performance optimization is a plus.
