Required Tasks:

• Issuing and managing hotel reservations.
• Issuing and managing flight reservations and following up on modifications and cancellations.
• Marketing domestic tourism programs.
• Marketing international tourism programs.
• Dealing with embassies and completing visa procedures.
• Communicating with clients and providing appropriate tourism consultations.
• Preparing price quotes and tourism programs.
• Following up with clients after booking to ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the field of aviation and tourism.
• Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
• Proficiency in using computers and MS Office programs.
• Good communication and sales skills.
