Role Description:

Lead the sales team and ensure sales targets are achieved.

Monitor employee performance and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Coach and motivate the team to improve sales and customer service.

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Manage inventory, stock control, and stocktaking.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in retail sales or a related field.

Previous experience in team supervision or store management.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of sales performance and inventory management.

A proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
