Store Manager – Mobile & Electronics Retail, Sheikh Zayed Full-time · On-site · New store opening December 2026

Darwish & Co. is hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a new mobile and electronics specialist opening its store in a premium mall in Sheikh Zayed. The store will sell the latest smartphones, tablets, wearables and accessories, backed by same-day repair, genuine parts, device setup and corporate sales, alongside its own online shop.

We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager to open the store and run it day to day.

What you will do

• Lead the store opening and run daily operations: opening, closing, cash, POS and store standards

• Hire, train, schedule and motivate the sales and service team

• Hit monthly sales and margin targets, with a focus on accessories, repair and service add-ons

• Manage stock: ordering, receiving, counts, shrinkage and supplier follow-up

• Coordinate repair and service orders with the technician and keep turnaround promises

• Handle installment and payment partners (valU, bank cards, wallets) and resolve customer issues

• Support online orders: in-store pickup, deliveries and stock accuracy with the website

• Help build corporate (B2B) accounts and a customer loyalty programme

• Report weekly on sales, stock and customer feedback to management

Requirements

• What we are looking for

  • 3–5 years in mobile or electronics retail, including at least 2 years as store manager or assistant manager

  • Strong product knowledge across Apple, Samsung and other leading brands

  • Proven record of meeting sales targets and managing a team

  • Experience with POS systems, stock control and cash handling

  • Familiar with installment schemes and payment partners in Egypt

  • Good Arabic and English; comfortable with Excel and basic reports

  • Customer-first, organised and able to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Living in or near Sheikh Zayed / 6th of October is a plus
