Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of VIP and high-net-worth clients.
• Deliver exceptional, personalised services across luxury travel, lifestyle, and premium card services.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend exclusive experiences and tailored solutions.
• Coordinate luxury travel arrangements, reservations, and bespoke lifestyle requests.
• Build long-term client loyalty through outstanding service and relationship management.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Handle complex client requests professionally, ensuring high standards of service and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in premium customer service, relationship management, luxury hospitality, or travel services.
• Strong background in managing VIP, high-value, or premium clientele.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in luxury travel, concierge services, or premium lifestyle management.
• Knowledge of global travel destinations and experience using GDS/travel reservation systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage demanding client expectations.
• A university degree and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
