Lubemaster | We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Maadi, Cairo, Egypt

Full-time | On-site | Sunday–Thursday

Lubemaster is the authorized distributor of Chevron, Quaker Houghton, and Brugarolas industrial lubricants in Egypt.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own our recruitment function end to end, from defining role requirements to selecting and onboarding talent, with a focus on technical and commercial profiles in an industrial B2B environment.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from vacancy intake to offer and onboarding handover.

• Run vacancy intake sessions to define the role profile, key competencies, and selection criteria for each position.

• Build and manage a recruitment information system to track candidates, stages, and hiring decisions across the full cycle.

• Develop standard hiring tools: role profiles, structured interview guides, and evaluation scorecards.

• Source candidates through the most effective channels for each role, including LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and direct search.

• Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate technical assessments with hiring teams.

• Present shortlists with clear, evidence-based recommendations and market insights on talent availability and compensation.

• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time to hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, with proven ownership of the full hiring process.

• Experience recruiting Sales, Technical, or Engineering roles; B2B or industrial background is a plus.

• Strong sourcing experience across LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and direct search.

• Proven ability to design and conduct structured, competency-based interviews and assessments.

• Experience working with hiring managers and influencing their decisions: setting expectations, giving candid feedback, and handling disagreement professionally.

• Strong time management, follow-through, and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and spoken communication in Arabic and English.
