Job Opportunity | HR Generalist

Location: 6th of October, Egypt

Greenya Egypt for Export is looking for an HR Generalist to join our HR team.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist or a related HR role

- Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR policies

- Experience in Personnel, Payroll, Attendance & Leave Management

- Good communication, organizational & interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

- Manage attendance, leaves, and employee records

- Handle personnel activities and employee documentation

- Support payroll preparation and processing

- Implement HR policies and procedures

- Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions

- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
