International Sourcing & Registration Specialist

An established Egyptian company operating in the agricultural sector, specializing in agrochemicals, fertilizers, seeds, and agricultural solutions, with strong business relationships with international manufacturers and suppliers.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive International Sourcing & Registration Specialist to join our team in Alexandria.

The successful candidate will support international supplier sourcing, product registration, commercial negotiations, and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and identify reliable international manufacturers and suppliers.

* Communicate with overseas suppliers and negotiate competitive prices and commercial terms.

* Follow up on agricultural product registration procedures in Egypt.

* Request, review, and organize technical and regulatory documents, including COA, TDS, MSDS, and LOA.

* Maintain accurate and well-organized records of suppliers, quotations, registration files, and correspondence.

* Prepare supplier comparisons and basic cost analyses using Excel.

* Track pending tasks, deadlines, and supplier responses to ensure timely follow-up.

* Coordinate with internal departments to complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Good written and spoken English.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

* Basic knowledge of agricultural products, agrochemicals, or active ingredients is an advantage.

* Previous experience in international sourcing, importation, or agricultural product registration is preferred but not mandatory.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines.

* Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
