# We're Hiring | Business Development & Sales Executive
** Location: Cairo, Egypt**

ShopSeif is an Egyptian luxury home décor brand bringing together creativity, craftsmanship, and contemporary design to transform living spaces. Our collections include distinctive home décor products, with a focus on wallpapers, fabrics, rugs, and interior design elements.
We are passionate about creating products that combine artistic expression, quality, and sophisticated aesthetics. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Business Development & Sales Executive to help expand our market presence and build lasting client relationships.
### About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships, and drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with clients across the interior design and real estate industries, particularly designers, architects, developers, and homeowners.
### Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and homeowners.
- Present ShopSeif's collections and products to prospective clients.
- Prepare and share quotations and commercial proposals.
- Manage and follow up on leads throughout the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate deals and successfully close sales.
- Represent ShopSeif professionally while communicating the brand's identity and value proposition.
### Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- A proactive, organized, and target-driven mindset.
- Genuine interest in interior design, architecture, art, and luxury products.
- Previous experience in home décor, furniture, luxury retail, or real estate is a strong advantage.

- 3% commission on net sales for deals you independently source and close.
