Role Description The Legal Consultant will provide legal advice and assistance on matters related to family, misdemeanor, and civil courts, supporting clients through consultations, case assessments, and ongoing guidance. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing legal issues, drafting and preparing legal documents, supporting case strategy, and coordinating with external stakeholders such as courts and opposing counsel. The role involves conducting legal research, maintaining accurate case files, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Port Said, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Legal Consultant will work closely with other legal professionals to deliver timely, high-quality services to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Law and a solid understanding of family, misdemeanor, and civil legal frameworks.
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting contracts, pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret Legal Issues relevant to client cases and court procedures.
• Experience offering clear, practical Legal Advice and Legal Assistance to a diverse range of clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent); bar admission or eligibility to practice law is highly preferred.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts in accessible terms.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing multiple cases and deadlines.
• High ethical standards, professional integrity, and commitment to client confidentiality.
