Position:Sales Operations Associate Manager

Sales Operations Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of Sales Operations Associates (SOA) and overseeing operational sales support processes to ensure high quality, accuracy, and efficiency across the team’s daily work in terms of quoting and BSA management.
The Team Leader ensures the team delivers the right level of support to internal stakeholders, drives process improvements, and contributes to achieving business goals in line with company standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

• Coaching and developing the SOA team.

  
  
  

• Monitoring team performance and identifying areas for improvement.

  
  
  

• Managing performance within the team, including regular feedback and annual appraisals.
  Supporting the team in prioritizing tasks and ensuring high quality and timely execution of daily activities.

  
  
  

• Driving process improvements and standardization across the team.

  
  
  

• Leading change management and continuous improvement initiatives.

  
  
  

• Supporting innovation and operational excellence projects.

  
  
  

• Handling people management administrative tasks.

  
  
  

• Communicating and cooperating with internal stakeholders across functions.

  
  
  

WHO YOU ARE:

• English on min C1 level (spoken and written)

  
  
  

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Order Management, or a similar operational environment.

  
  
  

• Strong communication and coordination skills

  
  
  

• Excellent organizational skills and professional attitude

  
  
  

• Ability to handle demanding situations

  
  
  

• Customer-oriented mindset, proactive and innovative

  
  
  

• Supply Chain and people management experience is an advantage
