Job Summary

• Reviewing project requirements specifications and drawings to understand project scope.
  
• Preparing accurate cost estimates and project quotations.
  
• Creating and updating 2D and 3D engineering drawings.
  
• Preparing Bills of Materials (BOM) and material take-offs.
  
• Coordinating with production procurement and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Assisting with project planning scheduling and progress monitoring.
  
• Supporting material procurement by identifying project requirements and quantities.
  
• Tracking project timelines and helping resolve technical or operational challenges.
  
• Maintaining project documentation and engineering records.
  
• Working closely with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  
• Experience in planning estimation fabrication manufacturing or related engineering fields.
  
• Good knowledge of 2D and/or 3D drawing preparation.
  
• Experience in preparing Bills of Materials (BOM).
  
• Strong project coordination and planning abilities.
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficiency in engineering software and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
  

Required Skills:

Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
