Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Saudi Aramco projects from project kick-off to final handover.
  
• Ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  
• Coordinate daily activities between clients engineering teams site personnel vendors and subcontractors.
  
• Develop project execution plans schedules manpower requirements and resource allocation strategies.
  
• Monitor project performance and take proactive measures to address challenges and maintain progress.
  
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Armco standards company procedures and HSE regulations.
  
• Review project specifications drawings contracts and technical documentation.
  
• Identify project risks and implement practical solutions to avoid delays and operational issues.
  
• Conduct regular project meetings and provide accurate progress updates to management and clients.
  
• Oversee cost control change management procurement activities and project documentation.
  
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the successful growth of the organization.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Saudi Aramco-approved projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of LSPB and Work Unit Rate contracts.
  
• Experience within the oil & gas engineering construction industrial maintenance or EPC sectors.
  
• Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  
• Sound knowledge of project planning scheduling budgeting and contract administration.
  
• A Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  
• PMP certification or other project management qualifications will be considered an advantage.
