Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality assurance and quality control activities related to heavy equipment maintenance and operations.
  
• Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and maintenance work to ensure compliance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.
  
• Review maintenance records inspection reports and service documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  
• Identify quality issues equipment defects and recurring maintenance concerns and implement effective corrective actions.
  
• Work closely with maintenance workshop and operations teams to improve equipment reliability and performance.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations quality standards and operational procedures.
  
• Monitor equipment condition and maintenance practices to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality efficiency and equipment lifespan.
  
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for management regarding quality performance and equipment condition.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management Quality Control Equipment Inspection or Heavy Equipment Maintenance.
  
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment systems maintenance procedures and inspection standards.
  
• Ability to evaluate equipment condition and verify the quality of maintenance and repair work.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  
• Ability to prepare professional inspection reports and quality documentation.
  
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety reliability and operational performance.
