Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop update and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are aligned with approved schedules and milestones.
  
• Track project budgets commitments expenditures and forecasts to maintain effective cost control.
  
• Identify cost and schedule variances and provide recommendations to improve project performance.
  
• Support the implementation of Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to measure project efficiency and productivity.
  
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports dashboards KPI reports and management presentations.
  
• Assist project managers with forecasting planning resource allocation and performance analysis.
  
• Coordinate closely with engineering procurement construction and commissioning teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  
• Participate in project review meetings and provide accurate project control information to stakeholders.
  
• Identify potential project risks and contribute to the development of mitigation and recovery plans.
  
• Support change management processes and evaluate the impact of project changes on cost and schedule.
  
• Ensure compliance with company procedures client requirements and project control standards.
  
• Guide and support junior team members while promoting best practices in project controls and cost management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering Project Management Construction Management or a related field.
  
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Cost Control Project Controls Planning or Scheduling within Oil & Gas EPC projects.
  
• Strong understanding of project planning cost control budgeting forecasting and project performance measurement.
  
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 Microsoft Project SAP and Microsoft Excel.
  
• Good knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) project risk management and project lifecycle processes.
  
• Ability to analyse complex project data and present clear practical recommendations.
  
• Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities.

Candidates holding any of the following certifications will have an added advantage:

Required Skills:

Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
