Job Summary

• Managing recruitment activities including sourcing candidates screening applications coordinating interviews and assisting with hiring decisions.
  
• Supporting the onboarding process to ensure new employees have a positive and successful start with the company.
  
• Maintaining accurate employee records personnel files contracts and HR documentation.
  
• Assisting with attendance tracking leave management and payroll-related processes.
  
• Preparing employment letters certificates and other HR-related documents as required.
  
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently throughout the organization.
  
• Assisting employees with HR-related inquiries and providing support on workplace matters.
  
• Supporting performance management processes employee evaluations and development initiatives.
  
• Helping maintain a positive work environment by promoting effective communication and employee engagement.
  
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws company regulations and HR best practices.
  

Requirements

• A Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Management or a related field.
  
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources Recruitment HR Administration or Employee Relations.
  
• Strong knowledge of HR practices employment regulations and workplace policies.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  
• The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
