Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day logistics and transportation operations.
  
• Coordinate truck and trailer fleet activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  
• Monitor fleet performance vehicle utilization fuel consumption and operational efficiency.
  
• Plan and organize transportation schedules to maximize productivity.
  
• Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to maintenance schedules.
  
• Work closely with drivers to provide operational support and address any challenges that arise.
  
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service execution.
  
• Track operational performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve processes reduce costs and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and transportation regulations.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 35 years of experience in truck and trailer fleet management or logistics operations.
  
• Strong understanding of transportation operations fleet planning and driver management.
  
• Experience managing vehicle maintenance schedules and monitoring fleet performance.
  
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
  
• Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and logistics-related systems is an advantage.
  
• Must currently be based in Dammam Khobar or nearby areas with a valid transferable Iqama.
