Oracle Projects Applications (Oracle EBS R12)

Experienced in the construction and projects industry, with strong knowledge of project-related business processes.

• Support daily project and operational issues to ensure the stability and continuity of ERP and non-ERP project solutions, including Oracle EBS R12 Projects modules, Project Costing, and customized ERP project solutions.
• Experienced in the setup, configuration, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Projects modules.
• Analyze business requirements with clients and end users to understand business processes and configure system solutions accordingly.
• Gather, document, and communicate users’ requirements to the development team to ensure accurate solution delivery.
• Identify additional reporting requirements and ensure the accuracy and completeness of reports and outputs.
• Perform solution testing and validation to ensure functionality and accuracy before transitioning solutions to the production environment.
• Deliver end-user training and ongoing application support to ensure effective system utilization.
• Create AIM project documents and deliverables, including functional documentation, process documentation, and user guides for trainees and end users.
• Provide support for Laserfiche, including document management and workflow-related business processes, ensuring proper handling, organization, and accessibility of project documents.
