Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bancassurance Specialist role based in Sharkia, Egypt. The Bancassurance Specialist will work closely with bank branches and staff to promote Allianz insurance products, advise customers on suitable solutions, and support the achievement of sales and profitability targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners, conducting customer needs assessments, presenting product features and benefits, and processing policy applications in line with company guidelines. The role also involves monitoring portfolio performance, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and preparing regular sales and activity reports. The Bancassurance Specialist is expected to provide excellent customer service, support campaigns and initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of bancassurance processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with bank staff and customers, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid sales and negotiation capabilities, including consultative selling and customer needs analysis in a financial services or insurance environment.
• Good understanding of insurance and basic banking concepts, with the capacity to explain products clearly and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to handle multiple customer requests and tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using office productivity tools and bank/insurance systems for data entry, reporting, and tracking performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in financial services.
• Previous experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or banking roles is highly beneficial.
