SLADOSKA is a premium chocolate and gifts brand in Egypt with 8 branches and our own factory in Cairo. We are looking for an HR Generalist to manage all HR functions.
Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruitment for branches and the factory
Personnel and social insurance (Form 1, Form 6, labor office)
Attendance, leaves and payroll preparation
Employee files, contracts and HR policies
Employee relations and applying Egyptian labor law
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist (recruitment, personnel, payroll)
Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance
Experience in retail, F&B or multi-branch companies is a plus
