Role Description The Sales Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will identify and pursue sales opportunities, present technical solutions, and promote JETTCO products and Lubricants to industrial customers. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, understanding technical requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate product selection and timely delivery. The role involves providing basic technical support, answering customer inquiries, and conducting product demonstrations or trainings when required. The Sales Engineer will also maintain customer relationships, follow up on leads, and contribute to achieving sales targets and market growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills and a track record in business development or account management.
• Candidates should have a background in mechanical, industrial, or equivalent experience .
• Candidates should be proficient in basic computer and CRM tools, with good documentation and reporting abilities.
• Candidates should have the ability to work on-site, visit customer locations, and manage time and priorities effectively.
• Experience in industrial supplies, lubricants, or related sectors .
