Responsibilities

• Prepare and review mechanical shop drawings and technical documentation.
• Coordinate mechanical works with civil, architectural, electrical, and site teams.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare technical submittals, RFIs, material submittals, and quantity take-offs.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in Mechanical Technical Office within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP is a MUST.
• Experience in infrastructure or large-scale construction projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, mechanical systems, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
• Excellent coordination, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
