Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture, including building design, space planning, and familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
• Knowledge of Construction practices to coordinate structural and architectural requirements effectively.
• Experience in Project Management, including scheduling, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and documentation.
• Demonstrated Teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD and Revit tools) and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Understanding of sustainable design principles and interest in environmentally responsible development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Previous experience in real estate development or large-scale construction projects in Egypt or similar markets is an advantage.
