Job Purpose

To lead and manage the Control Tower function, ensuring centralized monitoring, coordination, and control of all operational activities across the company's supply chain, warehousing, transportation, and distribution networks.

Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement the Control Tower operational plans, polices, and procedures.
• Lead and supervise daily Control Tower activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage communication and coordination with clients regarding operational requirements, orders, deliveries, and service issues.
• Oversee daily operational activities through the company's systems and digital platforms.
• Monitor and follow up on client’s payments, refund requests, and outstanding balances.
• Identify and propose new cost-saving ideas and operational improvement initiatives.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Control Tower team.

Qualification and Skills:-

• Bachelor's degree prefer in Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in logistics, distribution, operations, or control tower management.
• Strong mathematical and analytical capabilities.
• Practical experience with Odoo ERP and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
• Leadership and people management skills.
