ADI Real Estate Investments is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead its current project: a 55,000 m² mixed-use development in the Lotus area of New Cairo, between Golden Gate and Waterway The View. The project includes around 45,000 m² of Grade A offices and 10,000 m² of retail. It is currently in the tendering phase, with construction set to begin in Q1 2027.

The Senior Project Manager will lead the project on the developer’s behalf, from design and tendering through construction and handover. They report to the Owner and General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Design management

• Review design submissions and ensure they meet project requirements.

• Manage design schedules and make sure submission deadlines are met.

• Coordinate the architectural, structural, MEP and interior design consultants.

• Manage design changes and assess their impact on permits, schedule, cost and site work.

Permits and approvals

• Ensure designs comply with local regulations and authority requirements.

• Follow up on permit submissions and authority approvals.

Planning and control

• Manage the overall project schedule and key milestones.

• Report progress, risks and decisions needed to the General Manager.

• Set up project processes for document control, change control, meetings and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.

• 8–10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with experience at a real estate developer, construction company or real estate finance firm.

• Strong financial modelling skills in Excel: development cash flows, feasibility, IRR/NPV and debt modelling.

• Good understanding of construction costs and development budgets.

• Experience preparing management reports and presenting to senior management.

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
