Job description

• Prepare workforce plans according to the needs of the administration and the strategic objectives of the organization.
• Analyze current and future staffing requirements and identify job vacancies.
• Develop and monitor recruitment plans in coordination with the human resources management and relevant departments.
• Analyze employee data and models of job durations, resignations, and appointments.
• Prepare periodic reports on employee numbers, costs, and staffing requirements.
• Monitor the organizational structure and job descriptions and the approved job grades.
• Contribute to the preparation of budgets related to workforce and estimate future staffing needs.
• Develop performance indicators related to workforce planning and monitor the achievement of objectives.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in workforce planning or human resources planning.
• Skills in data analysis, report preparation, and extracting results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with data analysis tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of workforce planning principles and organizational structures and budget preparation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
