The company expresses its desire to hire a Marketing and Digital Relationship Specialist, responsible for marketing the company's applications, expanding their reach within Saudi universities, and building relationships with relevant entities.

First: Scope of Work and Marketing

• Phase One: Marketing the company's applications within King Saud University in Riyadh, through field and digital marketing.

• Phase Two: Gradual expansion to include other universities in Riyadh, utilizing both field and digital marketing.

• Phase Three: Expansion to all universities outside Riyadh, through digital marketing and remote communication.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Marketing and Promotion

• Preparing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns for the company's applications.

• Conducting field marketing within universities and promoting the applications and their services.

• Managing and executing digital marketing campaigns through digital platforms.

• Proposing innovative marketing ideas to increase the spread of applications and attract users.

2. External Communication and Relationships

• Representing the company in the field and attending meetings, events, exhibitions, and conferences when required.

3. Marketing Automation Program

• Utilizing the "Marketing Automation" program developed by Abdul Latif Jameel as part of the job responsibilities.

• Executing marketing campaigns through the program when required.

• Promoting the program and introducing its services upon the company's request.

4. Monitoring and Reporting

• Preparing periodic reports on the executed marketing activities.

• Monitoring the results of the campaigns and measuring the extent to which objectives are achieved.

• Providing suggestions for improving performance and expanding the reach of the company's applications.

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• The applicant must be a Saudi national.

• Not registered with the General Organization for Social Insurance under any institution or establishment.

• Not employed in the Absher system as "Applicant".

• Ability to represent the company professionally before external entities.

• Willingness to attend field events, exhibitions, and activities as needed.

• Proficiency in using computers and modern office applications and marketing tools.

Skills

Work System

• Type of Work: 30 hours per week.

• Working Days: 5 days a week.

• Daily Working Hours: 6 hours.

• Salary: 4000 Riyals, and the employee bears their share of the insurance. + Health insurance + 21 days paid leave annually

• Nature of Work: A mix of field and digital marketing and office tasks.

• Geographic Scope for Field Work: Riyadh City.

• Marketing outside Riyadh: Digital and remote, according to the company's approved expansion plan.

Enhancing the spread of the company's applications within Saudi universities, increasing the number of users, and establishing sustainable professional partnerships with relevant entities, while developing the company's marketing and digital presence to support its growth and expansion in the Kingdom.
