Job description

• Monitor project execution and track actual progress against established plans.
• Prepare and update project schedules, monitor achievement rates, and project execution phases.
• Oversee project costs and budgets, analyzing financial variances.
• Analyze schedule and cost deviations, identifying their causes and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Track key performance indicators and assess project execution efficiency.
• Prepare periodic reports and performance tracking dashboards for management.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical and financial teams to gather execution data.
• Monitor risks and challenges that may impact project scope, cost, or duration.
• Review work plans and ensure alignment with objectives and established deliverables.
• Track change orders and their impact on project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Verify the accuracy of project data and continuously update monitoring records.
• Provide necessary recommendations to improve performance and enhance project execution efficiency.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in project monitoring, planning, or project management.
• Strong knowledge in preparing project schedules and monitoring costs and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with performance indicators, risk management, and variance analysis.
• Ability to prepare technical and managerial reports and analyze data.
• Preferred to have relevant certifications in project management or monitoring.
