Job description

• Analyze current operations and procedures, assessing their effectiveness and efficiency.
• Identify areas of improvement and operational bottlenecks, proposing enhancement opportunities.
• Develop and document procedures, policies, and workflows.
• Design and implement initiatives to improve operations and enhance operational efficiency.
• Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the results of improvement initiatives.
• Study the root causes of operational issues, identifying their origins and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate operations and procedures in collaboration with IT teams and digital transformation.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure the implementation of improvements and new procedures.
• Prepare regular reports on operational performance and results of improvement initiatives.
• Monitor the impact of operational changes and ensure the sustainability of improvements.
• Provide recommendations to management regarding the development of work processes and increasing productivity.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in operational improvement or process development.
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
• Proficiency in process mapping and analysis using tools such as BPMN and Process Mapping.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Familiarity with change management principles and project management.
• Preferred to have relevant certifications in operational improvement or quality management.
