Job description

• Identify and engage potential partners and sponsors for event management.
• Prepare tailored sponsorship proposals and determine marketing advantages for each category of sponsorship.
• Develop collaboration opportunities with brands and relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate with companies and institutions, evaluating sponsorship proposals and negotiating terms.
• Prepare commercial proposals and marketing recommendations specific to sponsorship.
• Monitor sponsorship agreements and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with marketing and public relations teams to ensure appropriate visibility for sponsorship entities.
• Oversee the implementation of sponsorship rights within event venues, including signage, agendas, and promotional materials.
• Monitor the needs of sponsorship entities and address their feedback and inquiries.
• Prepare reports on sponsorship performance and measure the achievement of sponsorship objectives.
• Build a database for potential sponsorship entities and maintain sustainable relationships with them.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in event management, sponsorship, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of the exhibition and conference sector.
• Skills in preparing commercial proposals, negotiations, and relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preparing presentation proposals.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
• Ability to attract clients and develop sponsorship and partnership opportunities.
