WE'RE HIRING | Lead Generation Specialist

Division50 | Fully Remote – Full Time

We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in Python, Web Scraping, Data Extraction, and Outreach Automation to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, extract, and verify qualified leads from online sources.
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for web scraping and data extraction.
• Clean, validate, and organize lead databases.
• Use Apollo, Lusha, ContactOut, and LinkedIn for prospect research and data enrichment.
• Manage and monitor LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
• Set up domains, email accounts, and outreach automation tools.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and communicate with clients.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize lead generation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Lead Generation, Web Scraping, or Data Extraction.
• Practical Python scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with data cleaning, validation, and deduplication.
• Familiarity with Apollo, Lusha, ContactOut, and email automation platforms.
• Understanding of email infrastructure, domain configuration, and deliverability.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Playwright, Requests, Excel, Google Sheets, CSV, and JSON.
