Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The person in this role will manage the full sales cycle for CNC solutions, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, and preparing proposals. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with industrial clients, responding to inquiries, and providing guidance on suitable machines and solutions. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution design, follow up on orders, and support customers after sales to foster repeat business. Additional tasks include maintaining an organized sales pipeline, contributing to sales forecasts, and participating in training sessions to stay current on product updates and industry trends.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation abilities and effective negotiation with diverse stakeholders.
• Customer Service and client relationship skills to support buyers before and after sales and ensure a positive experience.
• Proven Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, opportunity closing, and working with sales targets.
• Training skills to explain product features, usage, and benefits to customers and internal teams.
• Sales Management capabilities, such as pipeline management, reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Background in industrial equipment, machinery, or technology sales is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo and travel to client locations within the region as needed.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and comfort with technical concepts related to CNC and laser machinery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic, with solid computer skills in CRM and office productivity tools.
